New Investment Part 2 Redux

Here are the plans for the Country Lane housing proposal. The plan calls for four two-bedroom rental units located on the southerly  portion of the site. The septic system would be located on the northerly portion of the site.





Under the Dennisport Village Center Zoning By-law, one of the four units must be deed restricted affordable to a household earning no more than 80% of the county’s median income. For a 3 person household, the target for a two-bedroom rental, this is $58,000.

  1. This project is much too big for the space provided. There are mature trees which will be mowed down, changing the very character of the Lane! The lot cannot adequately support an 8 bedroom septic.
