Here are the plans for the Country Lane housing proposal. The plan calls for four two-bedroom rental units located on the southerly portion of the site. The septic system would be located on the northerly portion of the site.
Under the Dennisport Village Center Zoning By-law, one of the four units must be deed restricted affordable to a household earning no more than 80% of the county’s median income. For a 3 person household, the target for a two-bedroom rental, this is $58,000.
